Monday’s Workshop – Why Sign Up? – With Coach Obe

We asked Coach Obe to tell us a bit more about Monday’s clinic. There are a few spaces left, so if you’re thinking of signing up get on it quick before they’re gone! (Sign up on iclass pro or via link on bottom of post or top right of this page.)
Coach Obe says…
This workshop is a fun way to get your climbing back on track with two of the best coaches in the country.
Over the course of four hours we will be covering everything from technique, route reading and sequencing, climbing strategies, strength training tips, attitude, awareness, mental conditioning and competition preparation.
This will be a group clinic, but aimed to meet individual climbers needs.
We will use video playback to give each climber a great opportunity to see themselves climb. After evaluating each climber’s strengths and weaknesses we will share personalized tips and training ideas.
