We asked Coach Obe to tell us a bit more about Monday’s clinic. There are a few spaces left, so if you’re thinking of signing up get on it quick before they’re gone! (Sign up on iclass pro or via link on bottom of post or top right of this page.)
Coach Obe says…
This workshop is a fun way to get your climbing back on track with two of the best coaches in the country.
Over the course of four hours we will be covering everything from technique, route reading and sequencing, climbing strategies, strength training tips, attitude, awareness, mental conditioning and competition preparation.
This will be a group clinic, but aimed to meet individual climbers needs.
We will use video playback to give each climber a great opportunity to see themselves climb. After evaluating each climber’s strengths and weaknesses we will share personalized tips and training ideas.
The Red River Gorge is one of the best sport climbing areas in America. This Spring Break Coach Obe and Coach Adam will be heading up the Elite Team Trip to the Red. The trip will allow the kids to get on some high quality sport climbing just before the start of USAC Rope Climbing Season. The Red is the perfect place to train and establish a strong foundation for the rest of the season.
