About Team ABC
The ABC program was founded in October of 2004 by Robyn Erbesfield-Raboutou and Didier Raboutou. ABC stands for Agility, Balance, and Coordination, and the ABC program is based around inspiring confidence and self esteem by teaching children as young as 2 (with parents, 3 without parents) these crucial skills–for agility, balance, and coordination are the building blocks of all athletics–through rock climbing and related activities. In the case of Competition Team ABC, the ABC also stands for America’s Best Climbers and many members of the competition team are indeed performing and competing at a top level for their ages.
